In our one-on-one visits, we will take the time to look at the bigger picture together. Your story, in your own words, is vital to our plan.
I will review your symptom intake form and your latest lab results. I will then create a personalized care plan including recommendations for hormone replacement therapy, key supplements, diet and lifestyle modifications, with a particular focus on sleep, exercise and stress.
